Create a world is an external tool that require at least The Sims 3 installed to work. It allows you to create new towns and import them into your game (or share them!).
What does it do?: Design entire worlds for your Sims, from choosing terrain patterns and roads to placing lots, vegetation and neighborhood accents like water towers and lighthouses.
